numbness and burning sensations

I was wondering how to find out about my condition without spending boatloads of money .recently while driving a dump truck my left arm went numb for a minute or two i had been feeling a numb/tingling feeling beside my left shoulder blade i lost temporarily use of my arm for seconds an a warm sensation ran over my left side after this happened i freaked out and panicked and checked my bloodpressure it was 150/98 what shoul i do i have been to a neurololigist before but he gave me no answers this has happened to me before     can you help me plz    ty jrt1974

Hello Dear,
You should consult a cardiologist as there could be possibility of a cerebrovascular event causing the neurological symptoms.You should also get an MRI  done to rule out any pathology causing the numbness.You should avoid salt  and control your blood pressure levels which may be the triggering factor.Also reduce some weight if obese and take nutritious diet.
