numbness and tingling

i have recently had a spinal stimulator trial into my spine.and today they took it out of my spine.they just pulled the wiring right out of my spine right in the doctors office.and since then i have have alot of numbness and tingling in my feet and legs.at first i  noticed it in my feet.i thought their was grit in my socks are something.and of course their was no grit are dirt in my socks,etc.now i have noticed it in my legs.alot.so could something have gone wrong? should i call the doctor? ami having a stroke? i am scored..i have never had this problem before.please help me..by the way i did the trial for one week.and i did not have this problem before and during this time.please help me .i am so worried.see i am also supposed to have the real spinal stimulator put in in 2 weeks.so please help me before then.thanks and god bless. i also stay very tired and hungry all of thne time.i have recently gained about 10 lbs. in a week. what in the world is my body doing???thanks and god bless.
