numbness and tingling in left side face ear temple

this started a week ago , i woke up to find my left side of my face numb from the temple to my lower jaw,including my ear and inside my ear,now it happens about three to five times daily..wondering if anyone has any suggestions on this, or have had this happen?

well an update on me , in the last 4 months i have had rapid weight loss i lost 50lb's and i dont know why combined with this i have had,very tired feeling's, stomach pain.and hot flashes
