numbness and tingling in right side of body

hi -- I am 22 years old female, I have had this wired feeling of numbness and tingling in my right side of body from head to toe, my face, throat, tong, arm, leg, back. It is like a straight line is drawn on my body ! I do not feel any weakness in my right arm or leg. I used to have this feeling once in a while once I was about to fall sleep but it has been almost 4 days since I am experiencing it 24 hours, although it seems to get worse whenever I think about it ! even now that I am talking about it, it is getting worse ! I did a blood test and I did not have vitamin B or Folic Acid deficiency ! I already did an MRI today and I am going to see my neurologist in few days. I am really worried about this, I have been googling it and I had wired results like MS or other scary stuff ! please is there anyone who has the same symptoms ? I really do not know how can I wait till meeting my doctor ! I am really scared to death :(
