Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Aside TIA and strokes, possible causes include infections involving the sensory nerves, peripheral neuropathy, micronutrient deficiencies, other causes related to the spinal cord/ peripheral nerves etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a neurologist in detail. After a specific cause is identified, it can be managed accordingly.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
