numbness in left

for the past two weeks i wake up with numbness in my left hand  and pain shoots from my elbow to my hand sometime it passes

I had a similar condition. In cold weather my fingers would lightly turn blue.
What happened was my left subclavical artery had collapsed. In some other
cases it would be the artery was clogged. I had to have a bypass. In your case
it may be you just need a balooning of the artery. Still I would see your family
doctor, then see a Vascular Surgeon.
