numbness in pinky and elbow

I am a 35 year old male and touring musician and for the last couple of months i have had alot of numbness in my pinky and ring finger and sometimes up the backside of my hand up to my elbow at first it was really mild ,but has got worse in the last couple of weeks, i also noticed that if i put pressure on my elbow my fingers go numb instantly.I am having alot trouble getting through shows and i have noticed some weakness in my grip, any ideas on what this could be?

Sounds like a ulnar nerve impingement.  Please see a Neurologist for an assessment and testing.
