numbness in the tongue and face

I felt numbness in the tongue and stiff in the left  Jaw and neck pain for few seconds , two or three times last three weeks.The neck pain is permenant but the numb is not .I can taste , I can move my tongue and jaw I can speak normally with numb.no other symptoms.I had neck pain and under stress for a long time.
Does anyone have any suggestion.It is the first time i feel this.I was under presuure
