occipital nueralgia

ive had severe pain and pressure on the back of my head and neck sometimes i feel like i am going to pass out i even feel pain in front of my head i have felt this for 4 mths. every day all day the gave me 4 shots on the back of my head did not work i take vicodin 500mg. whats next ?
