odd brian symptoms

Howdy folks, hopefully I'm not the only one going through this.
     Six years ago I was prescribed perkaset for a back injury. Could barely urinate for days. One night I was hit with a bounding heart beat, slow but so hard it shook my chest. A feeling like icy hot or baengay was being spread over the front of my brian followed, then intense ringing in my ears. It felt hot like blood was pooling behind my eardrums but none came out. It sounded like air was ruching out of my ears but it didn't change when I plugged them. Ended up passing out. It's happened a dozen or so times since then with varying degree's of intensity.
     Had an mri, was in er for unrelated (?) undiagnosed illness involved odd orthostatics, fatigue, arythmia, palpitations, and was given every test thay had over four days. no answers.
     recently symptoms have been comming back. not frieght train like, as usual, but one at a time and building up. Ringing in ears contantly, heart beats HARD while performing daily chores, dizzy spells, passed out completely twice in last two months. Today was seeing trials when looking at my hands moving but not anything else. whats wrong with me? please.
     I don't use drugs, am 25, was a rock climbing and backcountry guide for 4 years, am in excellent shape, and I'm not on any meds.
