off balance, leg and foot numbness and twitches

My symptoms started two years ago with silent migraine with jagged shimmery line in peripheral vision.  These usually happen around menstrual period time.  Went to Neurology and had brain MRI.  Visual part in brain looked okay, but I had many white spots showing demyelination.  I had some numbness in both legs for about 2 weeks and then symptoms went away.  Six months ago I had a baby and have had more symptoms.  I have had two vertigo attacks, dizzy spells off and on, and feel unbalanced a lot like I am on a boat.  My left leg seems to feel numb and tingly off and on with some muscle twitches.  I have fatigue off and on.  My legs get achy off and on and a little weak.  The dizzy spells seem to come on more before my period during PMS time, and the fatigue and achiness comes after my period starts. Some times I have seen a small bright light in my vision where it moves and I try to follow it, and then it disappears.  I have pluggy and full feeling ears with ringing in the ears.  I am thinking that a lot of these symptoms are pointing to MS and maybe hormonal or a combination.  I am going to ENT doc tomorrow for the unbalance feelings, dizzy spells, and vertigo to see if it could be related to inner ear.  I keep thinking MS in the back of my head and feeling anxious about it. I know MS is so unknown and who knows what tomorrow will bring or how bad the symptoms will get.  My neurologist has not diagnosed me with MS, and he says symptoms have to be continuous.  Can symptoms come and go with MS, from hour to hour and day to day?

I went to the ENT doctor today, and my ears looked normal with normal hearing and normal tympanogram.  He thinks the dizzy spells, vertigo, and off balance symptoms seem neurological.  He set me up for a brain MRI next week to rule out MS or acoustic neuroma.
