Dear Kelly:
I wouldn't worry about the actual measurement. You are
correctCorrect (new formula) and the measurement is from the MRI image and if you measured 5mm then the actual measurement is likely just a tad bit bigger. If you look at the scales on the MRI you should be able to translate the actual measurement. However, a 5 mm angioma on the MRI is not significant.
