optical neuritis

Good day. My name is Sabina, I'm from Romania. My friend's name is Simona and she has optical neuritis from 2005. I think in her case the optical neuritis has evolved in partial athrophy. The doctors in Romania have no cure for her, they tried the normal treatments but nothing. She's 23 years old now and she is looking for a clinic that is specialised in the optical nerve, or something like that, a place where she can send her tests and receive a hope for a treatment. Now she sees but foggy and with a lot of yellow over the image.
