osteophyte formation

I have been having severe pain and numbness in my feet, especially the left one, and numbness in lest hand for over a year.  I went to clinic they did a MRI last year but never gave my results.  I requested my med records and got them yesterday.  It ststed that I had loss of disc space at T11_T12 and Osteophyte formation is seen throughout.  No spondylolisthesis or spondylolysis.  I wake up. when I can sleep. all through the night with foot pain, foot muscle spasms and numbness in both feet especially the left.  I am 63 year old female and have gain weight over the last few years and do not exercise.
