oxygen for migraines?? (? )for the doctor

i was wondering if maybe i am having migraines that are related to stress.. it started when i was 16 and i have had them ever since.. it never goes away, with symptoms of ... visual disturbances, short term memory loss, cant focus or concentrate, its worse with anxiety, sometimes i feel really high, and pressure on my temple.. i am wondering if oxygen could be an answer  because i am thinkin that everytime i have anxiety which is mostly all the time it gets worse and when you have an anxiety attack it constricks(sorry if i spelled wrong)the blood flow . i have anxiety because it affects my vision..  do you think oxygen could help these migraines???

and if it is just oxygen.. how would i get the neurologist to prescribe me oxygen.?
