pain, muscle twitches and jerking

Hi,

I have had problems for three years and have been diagnosed with active EBV, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and now, possible Myasthenia Gravis.  I am 45 years old and up until 3 years ago I was a serious marathon runner.  I am now very weak and fatigued.  My doctor did three EMGs and he is convinced that I have MG, but I have other symptoms that do not go with MG.  I  have had the weakness for three years, but over the last six months I started having muscle twitches and random jerking of my legs, hands and even my torso.  Sometimes my whole body will just jerk to the side.  It is quite strange.  Over the last two weeks my ab muscles have been cramping .  It hurts.  My feet also cramp and I have occasional back spasms which cause me to be in pain for several days.  It eventually clears itself up though.  I fear I am not getting very good medical care since I am having trouble with my doctors following up with me.  I am under the military system and the doctors are overworked and overloaded.  They are also very young and inexperienced.  The doctor that suspects MG, told me that it is rare to have another autoimmune problem, but from everything I have read, it is actually quite common.  I am positive for the lupus Anticoagulant which was discovered after a DVT six years ago and I also have Raynauds.  I have chills on and off and one episode with extreme weakness and profuse sweating that lasted about 15 minutes.  My hormones have been checked and I am not entering menopause just yet.  I also have had MRIs so I know it is not a brain tumor or MS.  Does anyone have any thoughts?  I am a mom of three little kids that I home school.  My husband is deployed and I do not like to ask for help. I have always been independent and prefer it that way, but with this illness, I am finding it is more difficult to live a normal life.  It is hard to hide it from my kids when they ask me why my hands are shaking while I read them a book.  I want to be healthy again, but I do not know what questions to ask my doctor. It has become painfully obvious that my doctors are not really interested in treating me.  They gave me Mestinon which works on my arm fatigue so I can drive, but even though they told me to call them to let them know how it was working, they haven't returned any of my calls.  I have called every week since the beginning of December.  If anyone can give me some advice on what tests I might need, please let me know.  I would really appreciate it.
