pain/ache on top of head and cold chills

My mom's husband passed away 2 weeks ago....about a week ago she started experiencing an almost constant aching on top of her head and it sometimes feels like she has cold chills on her head....she is going to a doctor this week about it...my question is could this be her nerves and all of the stress and loss of sleep she has experienced for months now due to her husband's ongoing illness....thank u....jena

I am getting constant chills in my head, a pain on the right side of forehead, like pulling my nerve inside, there is a lot of numbness, am forgetting things frequently.. are these any symptoms to anything and is there a cure for this one...?

mental stress may be responsible for many physical symptoms. emotional distress can certainly cause trouble sleeping and rational thinking hence giving rise to headache. u can follow her blood pressure. any kind of stress may cause increase in blood pressure which should not be neglected. the primary goal at this moment is to tackle with the emotion effectively and keep track of physical health. i hope nothing major is there to be worried about. please remember to get doctor's advice as frequently as possible. thanks.
