pain and pressure in head

Tags: Pain, head, Headache, Neurology, neck, tension, Tension headache

I have had a persistent pain in the back of my head for several months now. It seems to go through the centre of my head to my face. It does not extend down my neck as in tension headaches and is worse when I wake up in the morning. Pain killers do not seem to help.
