pain from head to toe

im 44 years old and have been dealing with excruciatiing pain for years and now disabled from it. doctors all tell me its fibromyalgia and deg.joint dis. etc. i feel it has to/ be something else because of the pain level and im on 800mg. of morphine and 40mg. of oxy ir everyday and i do take it all or i cant walk without it ... what could be causing all of this really bad pain 24-7?
