pain in arm pit area

I have a lot of hand pain and now have focused pain in the center of my armpits which radiates down to my hands - palms and 4th and 5th fingers.  the pain in the arm pit area is exacerbated by stretching arms out or up. I have been diagnosed with thoracic outlet syndrome and the docs think that my non-union in my right scapula from previous injury may have caused these current problems.  the arm pit pain though is throwing everyone off.  Has anyone ever experienced this kind of pain?

I have TOS.  I get pain in my armpit especially when reaching for something or just after.  From what my doc says; there are a lot of different presentations of TOS.  Do you have any vascular signs...spots on hands, throbbing fingers in certain positions?  I have mostly left sided symptoms but occasional right side too...especially holding arms out to side and flexing wrist...ouch, feels lik something explodes in my hands.  What's throwing my doctors off is that I also have left leg symptoms.  Oh yeah, a tremor too.
