pain in head like a tenz unit

on my left side  4-5 inches above ear i get this fleeting pain like a tenz machine... I guess its like pins and needles
I am 62 have the same pain in lumbar back occasionally also.....have Psorasis adn PA  and Osteo arthritis.... JUst started taking Humira after a year off of Embrel.....lately the pain is coming more often in the ehad like 20 times a day

Any clues??????

Hi there.

These pains are most commonly due to stress on the area, especially with the underlying muscles and nerves.  Tension type, migraine, or "band" type of headaches can also present this way.  It is best to have this evaluated and probably be given some medications to control this.  Avoidance of stress and adequate rest will also be helpful.
