i had been in pain for the past one and a half month..
i guess it started out when i was carrying a lot of heavy stuff recently..but this pain dosen't start off immediately...
on the top of that..i had been moving up and down the stairs..
still i did not feel the pain yet..
but 2 days after the vigorous activities..one afternoon..i felt this very bad nagging pain on my lower back stretching down to the thigh.
i was given pain killer and an antiimflammatory drug..
a neighbour adviced that i put an ice pack right where the pain is...i did so until i felt really numb ...
i am really worried and would love to know what should i do next..
should i see an orthopedic surgeon..or a neuro surgeon...or should i wait a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys while longer until the pain subsided by itself...
