pain in right shoulder after surgery

My question I had arthroscopy surgery done on my right shoulder to remove bone spurs, arthrisit, and cut a small piece of collar bone.  Now it been almost 7 months and the pain is so severe.  I talk to the doctor and told me nothing is wrong.  He did say scar tissue.  But it hurts like you wouldn't belive it.  I can't leave move my arm a certain way or put pressure on it.  Please help me.  I ask for a second opinon and wondering if anyone has something that I can get a little piece of it.  I want to feel relived.

Hi,  I had shoulder decompression surgery on Nov. 30, they removed bone spurs and a piece of my shoulder blade due to an impingement.  I hurt a lot worse now than I did before the surgery but it is more down the side of my arm now and when I wake up in the morning I can't even move my arm for a while.  I can not lift or reach behind me or reach across to my other shoulder even without being in a lot of pain.

I can understand how painful it would be.
Is there any particular position that you are feeling pain?
Do you have tingling and numbness?
Does your pain gets aggravated on slight touch?
Do you feel that this pain makes you get up from sleep?
Is any imaging study being done recently?
What all treatments you have taken to decrease the pain?
I think either it could be due to nerve injury or it might be RSD.
