pain in thighs

pain in thighs

i've have a burning feeling in my thighs.  the left one has many other pains.  my left one also has a hard lumpy thing on it.  all the docs seem to dismiss my symtoms (symptoms).  also i've noticed that the hair on my thighs won't grow.  could that be a sign that something is wrong with my thighs.  any suggestions???  please help

Hello Dear
Your pain is probably related to the spine and may be due to nerve compression. There could be several causes for burning such as neuropathy,restless leg syndrome,diabetes,sciatica and many more .You should see a neurologist and go in for MRI and nerve conduction studies.
