Back in 1999 I took Levaquin twice for a suspected infection of unknown origin.  BIG mistake.  Immediately after, I thought I had developed septic arthritis or something.  The pain started abruptly.  I've never been the same.  No arthritis or osteoporosis.

I am glad to hear that your neurologist recognized the cause of your tendon pain.  Most doctors don't and make it worse by giving steroids.
