Hi there. Numb and cold fingers can be related to injury or nerve irritation and can often lead to a diagnosis of raynaud’s phenomenon, a vascular disease. Raynaud’s can indicate a more serious health problem. When these symptoms are chronic a physician can provide a diagnosis and treatment options.
The diseases indicated by Reynaud’s phenomenon are connective tissue disorders like scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, anorexia nervosa, drugs like beta blockers, exposure to cold, hypothyroidism, etc.
You can avoid environmental triggers like cold, vibration, emotional stress, keep peripheries warm, and avoid caffeine.
Your doctor should know all the medicines that you are taking, even the over the counter drugs.
Consult a rheumatologist if this persists. Take care.
