parenchymal cyst

i had an mri about 2 weeks ago without contrast. the results said that i had a benign parenchymal in the left basal ganglia on axial image #12 . also said ther is a partial empty sella and the pineal is slightly promiment but within normal limits.can you please explain this to me in terms that i can understand? Thanks
