peripheral neuropathy - vitamin b-12

Three years ago I was diagnosed with peripheral neuropathy due to a diet induced b-12 dificiency.  My symptoms started with numbness in my lower right leg and preceeded to extreme fatigue, balance problems, and blurred vision(with diagnosed nerve damage).  These symptoms gradually went away over a months time and my b-12 level was back to normal within a week's worth of injections.  After that I would have reoccuring symptoms but not as severe.  Usually just blurred vision and sometimes slight fatigue.  The big difference came in late June of this year when I started having problems with vertigo and then blurred vision(especially at night), fatigue, slight balance problems, and tension headaches that would last all day but go away with sleep.  This lasted for about three weeks.  My b-12 levels were all normal.  The headaches and blurred vision have just started again after a two+ week break.  I've been under an extreme amount of stress since the winter.  Because of this my menstrual cycle has been thrown out of whack as well.  Are these problems due to the neuropathy that I was diagnosed with three years ago or just a coincedence and something else is going on?
