peripheral neuropathy, joint pain, eye pain

I am a 30 y.o. female, for the past two months I have been experiencing some disturbing symptoms. Peripheral Neuropathy, fatigue, joint pain, chest pain, pain in one of my eyes. I also have a history of pericarditis and dvt. So far no one can tell me what I have but I have had many things ruled out. MRI normal, B12 normal, thyroid normal. EMG and NCV were mildly abnormal. I did have a positive ANA 1:320 speckled, which led my neurologist to believe that I had Sjogren's but the labs for that came back normal. Now my eye is really hurting and I went to the eye dr. who said I have trigeminal neuralgia and refered me back to my neurologist.
I am just worried that I have lupus or something autoimmune like that but nobody seems to care about that and I am getting tired of going back to the dr.s. I'm not sure what I should do now. I'm wondering if I would do better going to a Rheumatologist or Internist or maybe I should just wait and see what happens. Do these symptoms make sense to anyone?

ANAs can be produced in patients lung diseases (primary pulmonary fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension), gastrointestinal diseases (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, primary biliary cirrhosis, alcoholic liver disease), hormonal diseases (Hashimoto's autoimmune thyroiditis, Grave's disease)

Your symptoms do suggest autoimmune disorder. May be you need some specific tests to pin point autoimmune disorder like  Anti-ENA (Extractable_nuclear_antigen),Anti-gp-210 (nuclear pore gp-210),Anti-p62 (Nucleoporin 62),Anti-dsDNA (double-stranded DNA) etc.
