pin prick pain all over

I regularly experience pin ***** pains allover my body from head to toe..it can by anywhere.Its a sudden pain as if I were pricked with a needle and its only for a minute or so.i did have an issue with my neck and had went thru a scan and the result is loss of cervical lordosis and did undergo treatment with phisiotherapist as told by neurologist.AFter the treatment the pain is not that severe.i wonder if this pin ***** pain could be a symptom or first signs of something that could develop into something else.I am really worried..if this could be someting serious.
