pinealocytoma Tumor

by bonnie000, Jan 26, 2008 04:20PM
My daughter had a benign pinealocytoma brain tumor and had surgery in December.
She is 16 my question is how long does it take to get a full recovery. Her Surgery was over 6 hours and she did very well. One of her eye nerves was draped over the tumor but the doctor was able to release it. She does still have some dizziness, tiredness, nausea blurred vision and pain behind her eyes. She has had more Ct & MRI as a follow up and all looks good. The doctor said it will take time to get over this surgery. I just like to know what others have experienced with this kind of surgery.
