Hi there.

The pins and needle symptoms are characteristic of neuropathic type of pain, which may be due to a primary nerve problem from an external compression or from nutritional deficiencies (such as the B vitamins).  Along with your therapy, it is also important to receive treatment for neuropathic type of pain, through drugs such as Lyrica or Gabapentin.

I suggest you ask your doctor about these drugs, before taking them, and I believe this would greatly help in minimizing or completely eliminating your present symptoms.

Regards and God bless.
