Hi,
How are you? What other symptoms are present? Paresthesia or 'pins and needles' sensation may be attributed to nerve compression, nerve damage or from underlying nervous disorder. For proper evaluation, it is best that you have this checked by a neurologist. Complete neurological examination and additional diagnostic examination may need to be done. Take care and do keep us posted.
