pituiatry tumour now neuralgia pain

I was diagnosed with a giant macroadenoma2 years ago 2 trans surgeries 5 weeks external beam therapy, still have the pain I started with ear jaw and neck constantly, said tumour may have damaged 5th cranial nerve, I still have remnant tumour. they are now calling it atypical neuralgia, but I also see this is sometimes called phsological pain.i have been on pregabalin med, this was the tablet from hell, my symptoms got worse, now on acupan 3x a day has helped I dont sleep through the night I wake often, and also have to work. my diagnosis was GH secreting tumour (Acromegaly) hope you can help dont want to go on carbamazapine, so frightened it will be the same as pregabailin Thanks again
