hello sir please tell me about my problem,i am a diabetic(controlled) age 70 years having symptoms of hemianopsia and transient hemiparesis...my 4 VESSEL ANGIO REPORT IS AS FOLLOWS                                       1)  supra aortic vessels origin show mild to moderate artherosclerotic changes without any minimal compromise                2)left vertebral artery is hypoplastic shows descrete plaque with minimal compremise by 40%                                           3)right vertebral artery ostium shows about 60%stenosis                                                                                                4)distal right vertebral artery shows atherosclerosis changes with total occlusion of right PCA                                                5)basilar artery appear normal                                                                                                                                      6)left common carotid artery shows artherosclerotic changes with about 60%stenosis of left ICA miceration also noted       7)left intra cavernous ICA shows artherosclerotic plaque 8)venous system is normal                                                                                      >>>> what do you think sir should i go through angioplasty or conservative treatment >>what will help me?
