please help, dont know where to turn to- desperate

i had back surgery to repair discs l-4, l-5, and s-1 in my lower back in 2009. surgery performed was a laminectomy, discectomy, and a partial foronotomy. post surgery i have developed huge amounts of scar tissue. my left leg is completely fine. however, my right leg has absolutely no strength in it what so ever. the only way i can walk at all is with the use of a cane. post surgery i started to experience much more severe symptoms of throbbong and acheing in the lower back and right hip/buttocks. i also started to exhibit more numbness/throbbong, shooting/electrical pain, and numbness/pins and needles throughout my right hip, buttocks, directly down the outside and back of my right leg with the pain usually stopping about mid-calf on right leg. over the past 3 to 4 months the pain in my right hip down the back of my right leg (diredtly brhind the right knee) and into about the mid section of the right calf. the best i can explain it is that if there were a heart in my right hip and buttocks, everytime that heart beats it sends out an excruciating throbbing/numbness/tingling/unbarable pain. i have had injections done in the leg along with heavy duty prescription pain medication and nothing is relieving the pain. as each day goes on the pain is becoming more and more severe. the pain starts so deeply in the right hip and buttocks that i can not even pinpoint exactly where it is located. please help as i dont know what to do. this pain has ended my baseball career, my teaching career, and my life in general. i sincerely need your help and advice. thank you in advance for your time.
