please help, head pain, don't know what to do.

I am a 20 year old male who is not having the best year. Awhile back, towards the end of October, I developed a pain in my stomach. That just disappeared all of the sudden to be followed by a hiatal hernia. Got the hernia somewhat taken care of but now there are other issues. I generally don't feel well, normal, how I have my whole life. The major problem is with my head now. The back of my head and neck have felt odd for the last couple of months. I don't rightly know how to describe the pain in my head except as a fullness or pressure. For the past couple of days it has grown more intense especially while I am in public. It feels like my head is going to implode or like my brain is going to explode. It is almost like a stabbing pain all over my brain all at once. This is very unsettling, I am almost at my wits end, I just want to feel like a normal healthy twenty year old and get on with my life. These problems have caused me to stay home as much as possible where my symptoms are less intense most of the time.

Hello.

Have you thought of seeing a Neurologist ? How is your blood pressure ? And there are chances that your inner ear may also have some problem. These are just possibilities.

You have to get an ENT specialist's opinion, too. The noises in the ears have to be investigated.

Regards

Sorry, forgot to add that loud noises reverberate in my ears. Almost like the noise is excentuated accompained by a sort of "wave" don't know how to explain that.
