please help me figure this out

In late april 2009 I caught a cold was couch ridden for about 2 weeks and the second week into the cold I started getting getting these weird uncontrollable tremors or twitches wich stem from the center of my back and run up the left side of my spine into my neck and into my left shoulder I'm not sure why these are still happening I went to 3 different nuerologists and had ct scans, mri , sleep studies, breathing tests, went a movement disorder at swedish hospital in seattle and no one has had an answer yet I don't know what to do any more I went to a job interview today and the managers that I spoke with asked me I could pass a drug test with a tone and was starring at me with an expression like I'm a crack head I know I might have the wrong out look on this but I have been in and out of the hospital my whole life when I was 16 I was apart of the make a wish foundation to be be honest I am about tired of these medical issues if any one could point me in to a direction that would get me closer to an answer that would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time
