please help me find out why!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,my daughter is 20 years old she fainted  felt dizzy first and then boom rite to the floor she doesnt remember anything from it.. her friend was with her and said she twiched and twiched she urinated on her self and thru up be4 s wen she came to she was like this.. she has been having headaches along w/ that.. was taken to er and done ct blood work and chest xray all came back normal.. very worried cus shes away to college any ino will be very appreciated
