please help me

about 8 months ago i started getting cronic (chronic) pain in my r-shoulder after dealing with the pain for months i went to my doc who ordered an MRI and after several MRI's the doc's are saying i have syrnix however the pain has moved and i can feel it getting worse everyday. i get headaches several times a week, i have horrible pain in my shoulder like someone is stabbing me all the time, i get numbness in the center of my back, i have horrible mussle pain in my right arm, and the pain is now in my lower back this is something that i have EVERYDAY all day and is just getting worse. the doc said normally people dont get this kind of pain or this much pain with syrinx and im starting to think either the whole is getting much bigger very fast or there is something else wrong. Im only 24 and they said its not MS, please if you have any idea please help. I also started getting bad panic attacks as well, but the pain is what worries me, expecally since the pain is getting worse everyday its unbarable. Thank you for your time.... Lei
