please help my mother

Dear doctor,
my mother 55 years old, had 2 stroke in last month & addmited to hospital, & has the following sign & symptoms:
no ability to move (but no paralysis), gradual decreasing in her ability to move & talking till now she can't move or speak any thing (but in some times she can speak only two or three words) , blood pressure 120/80, normal pulse rate & normal respiratory rate, her ability to eating in first 21 days was normal but in last week no eating, her vision is normal.
last ct scan before one week showed that there is brain atrophy with dilatation in ventricle, old two infarction in both occipital regions, subacute infarction in left internal capsule & with no lesion in her brain.
in the last week, the fever rise to 40-41C.
please what do you think about this case? from which my mother suffers from? what are the treatment lines?
