When you say that you have a headache, where is it located? I have had pressure, pain in between my eyebrows, on the side of my nose, near the inside corner of my eye for months now, I have awful sinus problems. My ears feel like they are stuffed all the time, its awful. The drainage is even worse. I am going to the doc this week, going to ask for a CT scan of sinuses. When I had my brain MRI done last April, the only thing that it showed was extnsive sinus thickening in the frontal and ethmoid sinuses, I didn't even have pain with it. I have been sanding drywall recently, even though I wore a maek, I think this may be the culprit, plus the changing weather. You said trisate area, I live in Pa, the weather here is awful, one day its 80, the next 30. Do you have ear pain at all? Thanks Jen
I have frontal headaches and my ears always ache. Plus very distinct pain/pressure on the right side of head (pretty much direclty in line of the right ear) that pressure builds up then I feel a release of fluid. live in NJ area. I know the weather is up and down and bad for sinuses but this is ongoing each and everyday. Plus my recent ct scan also show the thickening and free form fluid and synchaie which I am not sure what it means, doctor didnt even explain brushed me off completly
I have had bad headaches for years, migraines? I take zomig a lot. I can't even work. My left ear has a concert going on in it, and I have hearing loss ( who wouldn't with a concert). My face hurts, pain goes down my neck, neck muscles are tight ( pain does that).
It began in my 30's.
Now I did have many sinus infections that I was given antibiotics for.
My chiropractor says it is sinus related, and a few Nose ear throat docs said to have surgery, one said my sinuses were fine.
I guess my brain scan was fine.
Yoohoo, does anybody know anything out in the medical field?
I think not!
I can say this with complete conviction, everyone wants to have their pockets filled.
And I can say this with complete conviction, I think that is a very sad state of affairs, and if the motivation were different we'd actually ALL be wealthier and healthier, certainly wiser.
I'm wondering now, if it could be these old fillings. Someone could do a study.
Of course it could be hormonal, too. but I am really wondering if it could be maybe a combination of both for women.
Maybe all of you could share your ages, when the headaches began, if you have fillings, if you ever had injuries. ( I have had a few sports neck injuries) or if family members had headaches. My Grandmother had migraines , but I'm not sure how long they lasted, but they did go away finally I guess.
GUess we'll have to figure it out alone.

I am posting on my sons laptop, but my other name is Jenny Wren, as above. I started having migraines provoked by my period when I was 30, now going on 37. Have had a few brain MRIs all normal, except for everytime noted extensive sinus thickening. I do have loss of curvature in my neck and also a bulging disk at C-3. My face hurts sometimes, but my face gets a tightening feeling near my jaw alot, and then it tingles for a few seconds. Hereditary-who knows, my mother and maternal grandfather have had migraines all their lives. Can you explain your face pain, is is sharp, nagging,or achey (achy)? I have more problem on the left side of my face, which on the cervical MRI it sad that the disk was worse on the left, who knows. But I do know that before this all started I was taking Claritin D everyday, and I stopped because of heart palpitations, and now I get face pain, don't know if it is sinus or migraine pain. I almost always have neck pain when the headache starts. Do you have auras with your migraines? Its miserable isn't it? Talk later, Jenny Wren
