pls help me

i am having great difficulty in concentrating and is making my life worse, everything started as a neck pain and difficulty in concentrating, then i went to many ent and they all told there is nothing wrong.then after some times my nose atarted getting blocked i am having vomiting tendency i feel very week. now i can bare with this any more.

i tool x-ray of my spine and in it a nuero whome i am consulting now told that there seem to be some king of spasm and the spine is standing straight with out the required curve.i am on his medication now.

if there is anyone who have experience with such situation please help me out
