post coital headaches?

I am a 32 yr old woman. I think im suffering from post coital headaches. I had a cat scan for a bleed, none found but a dark shape was detected on lower left base but told quite normal. 5 failed lumber punctures, due to compaction of my lumber vertebrae. I am now waiting for an mra scan.
I do have quite an imaginative and regular sex with my partner and i also masterbate.
I smoke and am a bit overweight.
I am on paracetamol and ibrobrufen for headaches and tramadol for back pain!
Is this normal diagnosis proceedure,and do I need an mra scan or beta blockers?
