post craniotomy symptoms

I had a craniotomy six months ago for a benign meningioma.  I am not having headaches and confusion, what could be happening?

Six months without problems and now new symptoms of HA and confusion? Unusual, too early for recurrence (far too early) and too late typically for the serious complications of such surgery (infection at the operative site, hydrocephalus or a build-up of brain fluid). But clearly if you have genuine new symptoms like this you should have a CT scan, as urgently as your symptoms suggest, and it should be compared with your preop MRI/CT, and any others you may have had.

Let us know what it shows.

Good luck.
