post stroke help

I had a stroke in oct 08 since then alot of challengesLeft side hemiparesis
. pain on the left side. regaining some movement.
is rehab the only way to go. is there any medications, surgery, with good results.

I can understand your worrying concerns about post-stroke recovery.
