post viral respiratory and meningitic headache

In July I got a kind of infection followed by meningitic type headache, GI upset, dysautonomia (postural pulse 180, no blood in extremieties - this one resolved). I was quite unconscious and now got stuck with the extreme fatigue (mental and physical). Even after minor exertion my brain refuses to work. I cannot drive, go out, 1-2 movies daily is enough.
