At C2-C3, no cord compression or foraminal narrowing.
At C4-C5- level diffuse of the osteophyte complex moderately flattening of cord.  Uncovertebral left foraminal narrowing. Stable moderate-sever right foraminal narrowing.
At C5-C6 posterior osteophyic ridging moderately flattens the cord.  Stable severe bilateral foraminal narrowing.
At C6-C7 diffuse disk osteophyte complex. Superimposed postercentral transversely oriented annular tear. Moderate anterior cord flattening, stable. Stable sever left and moderate-severe right foraminal narrowing.
At C7-T1, diffuse disk osteophyte complex, eccentric to the right. It causes mild right anterior hemicord.

Now I would like point out the fact that I had Posterior Cervical Foraminotomy surgery 6 weeks ago I should have had 4 holes the size of a dime minimally invasive but instead I ended up with an incision 3 1/2 inches long.  And now my left hand not tingling any more, but my left arm is numb, my vision has became blurry the back of neck fills like its on fire to the touch on both sides of incision traveling across and down left shoulder blade, having problems with urinating fills like it doesn’t want to come out or I have been holding for along time (not the case), also with an erection it doesn’t stay erect to ejaculate and finally with my balance and dizziness. I am also having arm movement on its own like a twitch but jumps to another location and loud ringing in my ears very high pitch.

I had none of these symptoms prior to surgery. Any insight given would be appreciated.

I would like to thank for your concern for my self and others I see the time and effort you put in responding our needs again thanks.
