I know what you mean, I have this too. But I'm wondering, does the same pressure happen when you're just laying down in bed? If not, you're probably okay. If so, you may have something else to look for (elevated CSF pressure). Did you get an eye exam?
Hi, probably this is sinusitis. Pressure or headache while bending is seen in sinusitis. Accumulation of mucus in sinuses behind cheeks, eyes etc.causes these kind of symptoms. Try steam inhalation, anti inflammatory drugs along with anti histaminics and antibiotics (amoxicillin, levofloxacin etc) for a week or so. Sinus drainage is also done but only after confirmation of diagnosis.
MRI sinuses usually show up the pathology. Visit website http://www.umm.edu/altmed/articles/sinus-headache-000073.htm for more information
