Hi,
Your mother seems to have peptic ulcer disease and GERD ( gastroesophageal reflux disease). The GERD usually presents with severe heart burn, and some people do have an atypical presentation with the chronic cough.
She requires to be in preventive method. She has to be off spicy foods and other foods known to be ulcer promoters. She may need antimicrobial therapy against H.Pylori organism.
She requires an endoscopy done to know the status of her OG junction.
Let her avoid spicy foods for couple of weeks and then observe her for headaches. If persists then would require a neurologist opinion.
If spicy foods bring about her symptoms, it would be best to have her stop eating that type of food for the moment and bring her to a gastroenterologist. She would probably need to be given medications for the ulcer and to prevent her symptoms from recurring.
Tancodep-2 is an anti-depressant tablet. Its content is Imipramine HCL And Diazepam. A psychologist prescribed me that tablet for depression . But instead of reducing the depression, it reduces my natural headache. Twice I stopped it suddenly. Then heavy headache and vomiting tendency occured. I take the tablets again. Then my head ache reduces suddenly. So if your mather wants to stop it, stop it by gradually reducing the dosage. Otherwise it is not good to health.
Tancodep-2 tablet increases blood circulation.
I am a guy.I am suffering from depression. I met a psychologist and he prescribed me Tancodep-2 tablets. In all my life I am suffering from headache. Instead of minimising the depression, it increased my depression but it eliminated my head-ache as complete. Like your mother I have also stopped it 2 to 3 times. Then my headache came back in very high effect. At first I thought that I had a severe brain injury. To test it, I take that tablet and within half an hour my headache was completely gone. It give me a lifelong sideeffect that it eliminated my sexual desire and even now I am very reluctant to masturbate.
I guarantee that it does not reduce depression. It can be used as a medicine for migraine.

Although migraines can sometimes cause gastrointestinal symptoms, based on the limited information on your mother's condition, it could be possible that she could have a gastroesophageal reflux disease on top of the gastrointetinal ulcer.
